Modern Slavery Statement

Introduction

Antero Software Pty Ltd (“Antero”) is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics and corporate social responsibility, and to ensuring that we do not support or engage in any form of modern slavery or human trafficking. As part of our commitment, Antero has developed this Modern Slavery Statement to outline our policies, procedures and initiatives for promoting anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking in our operations and supply chain.

Structure and Operation

Antero Software Pty Ltd is a privately owned company, incorporated in Australia. We are a technology and software consultancy providing access to our suite of licensed platforms in addition to bespoke technology consultancy services, such as building software platforms on behalf of third parties. We operate in Australia and Europe, providing services to companies globally.

Supply Chain

Antero’s supply chain is considered low risk given the nature of our business. We work with a small range of suppliers for:

  • cloud services
  • software relevant to technology consultation and delivery of software itself
  • computer hardware
  • office related goods and services (such as office supplies, rent)

For physical goods and services we are committed to ensuring that our suppliers share our commitment to ethical practices. The vast majority of our computer hardware is sourced directly through Apple via local Apple Stores.
